The Present Circumstance and Strategies for the Development of Hefei ReBAM Based on Adjustment of Administrative Divisions

Abstract

Anhui Province regulated Hefei administrative divisions with the revocation of Chaohu City in 2011, the new county level Chaohu City and Lujiang County wound be under the jurisdiction of Hefei City, making a population growth of Hefei, an expansion of city limits and a huge change of suburban travel space, the range of the ReBAM(Recreational Belt Around Metropolis) of Hefei City also be regulated. Analyzing the present circumstance of Hefei ReBAM, this paper proposes some strategies for the development of Hefei ReBAM:(i) optimizing the spatial structure;(ii) promoting the integration of resources;(iii) increasing marketing;(iv) improving product system.
