Abstract
Objective To study the relationship between the qualification of HBV DNA and the liver inflammation in chronic hepatitis B virus (HBV)arriers. Methods 244 chronic HBV carriers were examined with Liver biopsy、liver function、HBV-DNA level and serological markers of B-hepatitis.examination.Groups were divided based on the grades of liver inflammation and serum HBV DNA levels. Results All of the 244 cases,48(19.7%)had inflammation stage G≥ 2,No significant differences were observed in the inflammation between HBV DNA high/low groups. Conclusion Most chronic HBV carriers had mild inflammatory histological changes in their livers.the grades of liver inflammation were not correlated with HBV DNA in sera.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
