Abstract
Based on the regression model, this paper quantitatively analyses the technology spillover effect of FDI in Zhejiang in three aspects——industrial level, city level and Granger reason analysis. Finally, this paper reaches the conclusion that FDI can benefit the long term economic growth of Zhejiang through its technology spillover effect to domestic firms and the performance of technology spillover effect of FDI is largely depended on the economic and technological conditions of Zhejiang. Thus, policies concerning FDI inflow should focus much more on the quality than the quantity of FDI.Furthermore, actions should be taken to make relative factors and conditions better facilitate the technology spillover effect of FDI in Zhejiang.
