Abstract
Based on the spatial non-equilibrium phenomenon of FDI inflow value of Zhejiang cities, the paper utilizes 11 cities' industrial dates to test the relation between technology spillover effect of FDI and regional factors of Zhejiang cities,as well as verifies the spillover channels with an empirical approach. The regression results suggest that the overall technology spillover effect of FDI on provincial economy is little obvious, and local R D investment, human capital, infrastructure, heavy industry ratio, stated economy proportion increase the magnitude of spillover;opening index and equipment renewals do not pass the examination. Finally, strategies and advices based on the analysis are brought forward.
