Abstract
The rock pore volume compressibility has always been the focus of reservoir workers. Starting from the concepts of rock compression and rock compressibility, rock compressibility changes are analyzed during the experimental process based on the compression mechanism. The facors influencing the changes of rock pore volume compressibility are studied. Results show that the apparent rock pore volume exerts less effect on the changes, while the deformation and the stress state of rock have greater impact.
