Abstract
Based on the concept of reservoir porosity and several different compression coefficients of rock in reservoir physics, two methods have been employed to derive the relation equations of rock pore volume compressibility, bulk compressibility and rock matrix compressibility. The equations are helpful to the study of reservoir porosity and permeability and the basic research of reservoir engineering.
