Fuzheng Xiezhuo Decoction's Curative Effects to Adenine-Induced Chronic Renal Failure Rats Experiment then Aparallel Control Study Research

Abstract

[Objective]To observe Fuzheng Xiezhuo decoction's curative effects on the levels of BUN,Scr,Hb,MCP-1 and TGF-β1 of adenine-induced chronic renal failure rats.[Method]rats were randomly divided into normal group,control group,model group,high-dose group and low-dose group.Then the curative effects were observed and compared.[Results]Fuzheng Xiezhuo decoction's effects were obviously better than control group's(P0.05).[Conclusion]Fuzheng Xiezhuo decoction has obvious curative effects on improving the renal function of adenine-induced chronic renal failure and can reduce the production of factors leading to fibrosis.
