Abstract
Objective To observe the blood perfusion series hemodialysis in uremic pruritus in hemodialysis patients with high parathyroid hormone(PTH) and skin itching improvement. Methods Totally 30 patients were treated with hemodialysis blood perfusion, before and after treatment observation of calcium,phosphorus,micro-globulin,parathyroid hormone changes and relief of pruritus. Results hemodialysis blood perfusion response rate of 94.29% of patients after treatment,phosphorus,micro-globulin,parathyroid hormone decreased significantly. Conclusions Hemoperfusion combined with hemodialysis treatment can significantly uremic pruritus in patients with concurrent symptoms,a significant clinical effect,it is worth learning from.
