Abstract
Aluminum phosphate molecular sieve SAPO-46 with topology of AFS was synthesized hydrothermally by using di-n-propylamine as template.Effects of Si amount in the synthesis system on the structure and acidity of SAPO-46 were investigated. The phsico-chemical properties of SAPO-46 were characterized by XRD,SEM and NH3-TPD.In catalytic reaction of MTO(methanol-to-olefins),SAPO-46 exhibited high initial activity, and the selectivities to C=2,C=3 olefins were high.
