Abstract

Spatial and temporal distribution characteristics of soil nutrients in tropical arable land of Baoting county in order to provide references for managing soil nutrients in tropical arable land of mountain area country. Based on the field survey, soil sampling and nutrient analyzing, soil nutrient status was studied and compared with the results of the Second Soil Survey. Spatial and temporal distribution characteristics of soil nutrients in mountain arable land were explored. Since the early eighty century, it indicated that the soil acidification was obvious in Baoting County. Soil organic matter and available K content had decreased slightly, but the effective phosphorus content significantly increased; nitrogen had no obvious change; exchangeable calcium, magnesium, sulfur content in the medium under, However, the contents of available Zn rich. The soil nutrient content in cultivated land in Baoting County was of medium level, soil nutrient content distribution is not uniform between the township, Mainly related to fertilization, climate conditions and soil parent material, wherein the fertilization is the most important factor.
