Abstract
Objective:Discussion of results of early intervention in the treatment of avascular necrosis of femoral head(ANFH).Methods:Of the thirty three cases of early stage ANFH artery for drug infusion.Results:After 1 to 3 times after interventional therapy,clinical symptoms improved,pain relief.Conclusion:ANFH involvement of thrombolysis,the expansion of vascular therapy to improve blood circulation of the femoral head,to promote the repair of bone necrosis and alleviate clinical pain,Improve the restoration of joint function,Near the mid-term efficacy of certain maturity of the technology can be applied in clinical practice and in practice to be improved.
