Abstract
Objective To discuss the interventional treatment about avascular necrosis of the femoral (ANFH) head patients. Methods Through the Adult ANFH 30 patients were treated with interventional approach, namely, the femoral artery puncture to the femoral artery inside and outside the direct administration, the treatment of adult ANFH, as images of adult ANFH diagnosis, clinical treatment time, treatment method is effective. Results In this group treated 30 cases of ANFH patients, 27 cases signifi cantly improved the symptoms are Ⅰ, Ⅱ period, only 2 cases are in stage Ⅲ, and 3 patients with symptomatic improvement in those who are in stage Ⅲ and Ⅳ. Conclusion Intra-arterial thrombolysis the clinical results of femoral head necrosis is closely related to their clinical stages.
