Abstract

General situations of Guidefu ancient city in Shangqiu are introduced.According to north,east,west and south gates features of them in spatial arrangement,decoration and constitution are analyzed.Historical value and meanings for scientific research are discussed for the gates of this ancient city,which fully expressed the city-gate features of Ming dynasty.
