Abstract
Objective To investigate flupentixol and melitracen(Deanxit)in adjunctive treatment of non-erosive reflux disease(NERD).Methods Fifty-four patients were randomly divided into two groups.Control group(n=27)were given oral rabeprazole,10mg bid,and domperidone 10mg tid,for 4 weeks, and therapy group(n=27)oral rabeprazole,10mg bid, domperidone 10mg tid and Deanxit 2 tab qd.The clinical effect was evaluated and scored by Hemilton Depression Rating Scale(HAM-D).Results The scores of respiratory disease questionnaire(RDQ)and HAMD were lower in therapy group than in control group(P0.01).There was significant difference between the two(P0.01).Conclusion Flupentixol and melitracen,a valuable adjuvant to rabeprazole and domperidone in treatment of NERD,can greatly improve depressive disorders.
