Abstract
The characteristics of roof structure and underground pressure behavior of caving mining under metal mesh in thick coal seam with hard roof and hard coal in Datong Mine Field are discussed in this paper.The confirmation method of supports load with these conditions is put forward and this method is referenced for full-mechanized caving mining with similar conditions.
