The Investigations on the Satisfaction Degree of Township Clinics Patients in Xinjiang

Abstract

Objectives To investigate the satisfaction degree of township clinics and provide scientific reference for the making of plausible system.Methods Using random sampling method to choose 6 experimental counties from 13 earliest experimental counties in Xinjiang.Divide the investigative counties into three levels according to its revenue;choose one health center of center hospital of the county from each level randomly.Investigate and collect patients' data.Results Patients were more satisfied with the village's medical institutions than the counties'.The satisfaction degree for peasant and herdsman participated in the new cooperative medical care for pastoral areas was 77.09%,89.90% of which was willing to continue to participate.The satisfy degree of township government subsidies was 65.31%.Conclusions Attitude and level of medical technology had great impacts on patient satisfaction,and rural cooperative medical care are not satisfactory and need to be further improved;Medical point of view,the current attitude at all levels of hospital services,fees and attendance procedures have been widely accepted by patients in all township hospitals,but the equipment,environment,technology level and other aspects still need to be further increased.
