APPLICATION EFFECT OF FLOW CHART OF SPECIAL INFECTED SURGICAL NURSING ON TRAINING

Objective To evaluate the application effect of Flow chart in special infected surgical nursing skill training.Methods Using self-made papers,before and after the implementation of the flow chart,analyze the assessment by unified closed book examination.Results Before and after the flow chart,assessment grade passing rates and excellent rates are significantly different(p0.05); The employment of nurses(within 5 years) before and after the flow chart have the pass rate and excellent rates significantly difference(p0.01)too; Compared with the employment of nurses,the excellent rate of the developed nurses after the implementation were significant difference(p0.05).Conclusion Flow chart implementation can standardize the surgical nursing,to form a functioning and orderly flow of inertia,so that nurses evidence-based,rule-based,can strengthen the nurse to prevent cross-infection awareness and assist more skilled nurses to grasp the procedures after infection surgery.
