Abstract
Objective To analysis Anshan epidemiological characteristics of measles in 2005,and provide evidence for prevention and control measles.Methods Analyzing measles epidemiological data with descriptive epidemiology.Results The measles reported incidence rate wass 8.23/100 000,most of measles cases were found among the children aged 0-14 years old.The susceptible seasons mainly from 4-7 month,those who had a history of measles vaccination accounted for 28.32%.The proportion of floating population was 13.99% of the total cases,and in both of outbreak,the proportion of floating population was 54.17%.Conclusion Vaccination coverage and timely coverage of measles vaccine should be improved,the key is floating population.And routine surveillance should be strengthened.
