Abstract

A new and simple trans-HPLC method of determining the hyperin content in multiflora fruit was established. In acetonitrile and 0.05 %phosphoric acid, elution rate-1.0 mL/min,wavelength-361 nm,hyperin could reach base-line seperation within 3.38 minute. In contrast to the standard, the hyperin content in multiflora fruit was 8.12 μg/g.The recovery of hyperin was 93.4 %;the relative standard deviation was less than 1.23 %;the repeatability was good and it could be used to detect the hyperin content in multiflora fruit quickly.
