Abstract
The toxicity of the mixture metals to tissue's cellur DNA of the fish( Carassius auratus ) was studied by the unscheduled DNA synthesis(UDS) method. The results demonstrated that the target organ for the mixture metals was the brain and liver. The key toxicity components in the mixture metals is zinc, lead, cadimum, the magnitude sequence of the toxicity of the components was PbZn Cd in the liver, that sequence in the brian was PbCdZn. Copper could decrease the other metlas toxicity as there was the competition between the copper and the other metals, which lead to the decrease uptake of the other metals.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
