Abstract
Objective To explore the merits of micro incision extracapsular cataract extraction and intraocular lens implantation and the application of the operation in Vision Recovered Action.Methods 160 senile cataract patients(170 eyes) were analyzed.Results The best corrected vision in 148 cases(152 eyes,89.4%) was over 0.5 one week.No prolapse of iris.No leakage of incision or shallow of ante rior chamber.Conclusions Micro incision extracapsular cataract extraction and intraocular lens implantation is an effectivc operation,could be applied in rural areas
