Preliminary Study on the Construction of Community Police Room under the Perspective of "Joint-up Government"——Study on the Individual Case of a Community Police Room of S Police Station in J District of Z City

With the development of reformation of the work of police substations and the strategy of Policing,Community Police Room plays a more and more important role in the enforcement of grass-roots policing work.The Police Room named as A located in J district,Z city sets up the pattern of Community Police mainly,police classifications cooperation with the support of the institutions of meeting of police classifications joint attending and performance evaluation.It matches the characters of the services across different departments,giving more autonomy to government's members,pinpointing the responsibility of subjects and diversification participation of making policy in terms of unifying the divisions,and uniting the goals,organizations and cultures.However,compared with the reformatory requests of Joint-up Government,the construction of Police Room still has a long way to go,The government should strengthen management at the same time so as not to become a mere formality.
