Abstract

The police sub-stations and police booths are in Japan the basic police organizations which are the safety center for the communities.Japan's policing practice demonstrates that sound social order lies with community-based policing and close relationship between the public and police.The police reform in Henan province is to deepen and extend community policing both in urban and rural areas by reinforcing those basic police organizations such as sub-stations and police booths.
