Abstract
Objective To understand the dietary nutritional intake level in permanent residents of Shenzhen City.Methods The three-day dietary nutritional intake levels and frequencies in the permanent residents of above the age of 15 years were investigated.Results It showed that the main staple food is rice and eat vegetable oil with an intake level of 9.6 per person/day(MJ),accounting for 95.8% of the recommended dietary allowance (RDA) in China,protein 97.1g,accounting for 131.4% RDA,fat 79.9g and carbohydrate 293.7g.The intake of vitamins are sufficient but for VitB,while the minerals are significantly insufficient.Conclusion Health education on nutrition be conducted,relevant knowledge on rational diet advocated and popularized to improve the health of the residents.
