Abstract
Objective To study the best operative opportunity of traumatic cataract and its selection of operative methods.Methods 175 eyes of traumatic cataract had accepted surgery during different periods and selected different operative methods according to the wound of cornea,with or without the intraocular foreign body,synechia,posterior capsular rupture and so on.Results After operation,the vision of 65 eyes were more than 0.3,of 85 eyes between 0.05 to 0.3,of 25 cases was lower than 0.05.Conclusion The best oprerative opportunity and reasonable operative methods is very important for traumatic cataract patients.
