Abstract
As a result of various benefit relations conflicts in transition of the labor system,the labor disputes assume the sudden trend of escalation,in addition labor legislation relatively lags behind,the new problems and new contradictions result in massive labor disputes.Correct prompt processing labor disputes not only is advantageous to maintain the lawful rights and interests of both parties,but also advantageous to coordinate labor relations and deepen reform and maintain social stability.
