Abstract
Objective:To provide anatomical bases for high ligation of great saphenous vein.Methods:30 adult cadavers(60 sides)were used to closely observed the saphenous hiatus?the regional anatomical structures of great saphenous veins root and the mutational cases of great saphenous veins tributaries. Results:Data about the shape and size of saphenous hiatus, the location of saphenous-femoral junction, the great saphenous vein and its tributaries were obtained. Conclusion:This experimental study might provide anatomical materials for high ligation of great saphenous vein.
