Abstract
Objective:To provide a anatomic basis for surgery of vessels and flap of vein. Methods:Branch of the great saphenous vein were observed and measured on 72 adult cadaver specimens. Results:The upper tributaries of the great saphenous veins were divided into 5 types; the biggest diameter is lateral superficial femoral veins, the longest is medial superficial femoral veins to the saphenous femoral junction. Conclusion: it is necessary to search and tie 3 branches at least in surgery of the great saphenous Veins. there is 50mm range under the saphenous femoral junction in searching branch.
