Research on Quality Structure of P.E. Teachers in Universities and Colleges and its Realized Approaches

Detailed research and analysis are made in this paper on the main problems in the quality structure of P.E.teachers in universities and colleges,the ideal quality structure of P.E.teachers in universities and colleges and its realized approaches from the views of pedagogy.The quality structure of P.E.teachers in universities and colleges contains three aspects,professional knowledge,professional spirit and professional competence.Universities and colleges should structure high-quality team of P.E.teachers by the various of ways,such as establish a strict recruitment system,set up a education belief of life-long study,introduce competitive mechanisms and implement effective motivations.
