Abstract

The argument about the objects of civil law was a major controversy during the first drafting of the civil code of new China.The theory of the first drafting of the civil code about the objects of civil law was fundamentally different from the theory of traditional civil law.While containing the system of ownership,the draft excluded the system of jus in re aliana.
