Normal education vs. curriculum reform of basic education

Abstract

The article firstly analyzed the problems and challenges existing in the current process of advanced teacher education and the curriculum reform of basic education.Then,it proposed that teacher education should stress the following links so as to better serve the need of basic education.They include changing the form of teacher training,adjusting the system of courses,optimizing the structure of courses,reforming the education ideas,methods and means of teacher education,and reinforcing the relation and interaction with the elementary education reform.
