Abstract
As a unit of the northeast Qinghai-Tibet Plateau tectonic landform,Guide basin is located in the middle stretch of the Yellow River upstream. The river terraces were developed well in the basin, but the age when the river terraces were born still exists much controversy.By testing and analyzing of 20 EsSR age data of river terrace, from LongYang Gorge to Songba Gorge,we preliminarily discuss the evolution of the Yellow River in Guide, the uplift of the Yellow River in Guide characterized by multi-period and heterogeneity.
