Abstract
A staurosporine-producing strain Stretomyces sp.4138 was treated with ultraviolet and microwave, and then selected by resistant combined material streptomycin sulfate. With 50 seconds ultraviolet treatment,a mutant strain HZ-09 was obtained after plate screening on the isolation medium plus(streptomycin sulfate 0.8μg/ml).The titer of HZ-09 was 30.46% higher than the parent strain H-0.Then the strain HZ-09 was treated 30s by microwave and combined with streptomycin sulfate to get a mutant strain HW-25,whose titer was 284.20% higher than that of the original H-0.The high productivity of the strain HW-25 could be inherited stably.
