Abstract
Safety factor solving is the main problem of slope stability problem,and the use of strength reduction method in slope stability analysis is more and more extensive.FLAC3D in numerical simulation is used and choose plastic Mohr-Coulomb model and failure criteria is chosen.Bycomparison the results show that: Strength reduction method can truly reflect the actual situation of the slope,facilitate to get reasonable safety factor of slope and be close to the reality,whichshows certain advantages in slope stability analysis.
