Abstract

Aiming at the concept,work mechanism and the layered structure of ActiveX Automation in the AutoCAD14/2000,the way is brought out to draw in the AutoCAD by the controlling in Visual Basic.An example is shown on how to connect to the AutoCAD object and achieve the operation in Visual Basic,which provides a new method for the future development of the AutoCAD.This also sets a good example for development of the similar software.
