Enterprises of China have been sued repeatedly for antidumping in international trade recently. It's not likely that the phenomenon will finish immediately and it's likely that the enterprises will be faced with dumping of foreign products after China's entry of WTO. For this reason, the article analyses the causes that China's enterprises have been sued repeatedly for antidumping , puts forword the suggestion that China's enterprises reply to the dumping and the antidumping after China's entry into WTO.
