Abstract

On the basis of the current situation of land-use planning in our country, the thesis discusses the systematic framework and database structure of Land-use Planning and Management Information System according to the characteristic of land-use planning business, especially on the city level and county level. The information system discussed has been put into practice in the Bureau of Land and Resources in County Rudong, Jiangsu province.
