The Research on Cache Consistency for Mobile Environment

Thanks for the mobility, disconnectness, bandwidth diversity, scalability, weak reliability, unsymmetrical network communication and the limitations of the power ability in the mobile compute network environment, the application of cache technology become more useful in the mobile compute environment, as the cache technology can effectively reduce the bandwidth requirements, the cost of the communication thus save the energy of computer. However, how to effectively maintain the cache and make the cache consistety, that's a research focus as well as a difficulty. This paper will research on the various kinds of cache consistency maintenance technology.
