Abstract
Objective To study the optimum condition for ultrasonic extraction of flavonoids from Dongzao Jujube. Methods Antioxidant activity of Dongzao Jujube Extract(DJE)was used as a measurement marker, the influence of extraction time,dosage-liquor ratio, and the concentration of extracting solution on flavone-extraction percentage was studied, the orthogonal experiment L9(34)was conducted on the base of the single factor experiment. Results The optimum technology for ultrasonic extraction of the flavonoids from Dongzao Jujube was:dosage-liquor ratio of 1∶25,the alcohol concentration was 0.70,and 30min of extraction time. Conclusion This study optimizes technological parameters of ultrasound-assisted extraction process of flavonoids from Dongzao Jujube.
