Abstract

Making use of UV polymerization produces starch and acrylamide graft-copolymer with starch and acrylamide served as raw materials. Optimization conditions are achieved by experiments:the temperature that starch melts paste is 90℃; paste melt time is an hour; the best mix ratio of the AM and starch is 1:1.6 (by mass); initiator does is 1.2g/L; crosslinking agent does is 3 g/L; the graft ratio and efficiency are the highest under the conditions; the production structure has been characterized by IR;the flocculation of the graftcopolymerizatio production has been studied also.
