Abstract

This paper analyzes on the severe present situation of water resources and the imperil of this situation on the sustainable utilization of water resources, and puts forward some measures for protection and comprehensive control of water resources for the purpose of releasing the contradiction of water resources and promoting the economic sustainable development.
