Investigation and analysis on the current condition of the rural medical treatment and health in Henan

Objective To know the rural medical and healthy condition of Henan province.Methods The random sample and questionnaire were used in 72 counties of Henan.Results The rural healthy surroundings was poor,the scale of medical organization small and the service quality low at the village level,the farmers' medical burden is heavy,and disease may lead to or return to poverty,which still baffle the development of rural area.Conclusion The investment from government should be enlarged,the resource of health reasonable arranged,the health officer's making of rural area improved,new type of cooperative medical system build up.All of these will promote the establishment of medical and healthy system and steady development of rural area in Henan province.
