The Design and Application of Office Automation System Based on Workflow

Abstract

Workflow and workflow management system are discussed in this paper.Based on the generic business requirement of IT enterprise,the workflow-based office automation system's system process,function modules and the design of its structure are investigated.A common model of the workflow-based office automation system is put forward,which can supply reference to OA system design.
