Abstract

As the key to the Office Automation System, Workflow Management System is introduced in this paper. Some basic concepts of Workflow and Workflow Management System Model, and the classification of Workflow System are descripted. The Workflow System of a developed Office Automation that adopted by the Guangdong Telecommunication Coorporation is also introduced in the paper.
