The Present Situation of Chinese Rural Education & Countermeasures

The key to resolve the problem that exists in the agriculture,farmers and rural area is the rural eduation,but now Chinese rural eduation meets bottleneck,and the present situation is unoptimistic.We need to explore the problem in rural education,and find the way to resolve the institutional problem and plight which the present rural education and rural economy face.The countermeasures we may choose include: increasing the investment in rural education and expanding the investment channels for rural education;playing the role of government functions,transforming the education concept in rural laborforces;promoting reform of personnel distribution system,vigorously improving the rural teachers' quality;constructing the perfect rural education system,and developing the rural characteristic education;establishing the correlation benefit actuation mechanism,attracting the talented person to return.
