Abstract

It is the period of national integration in Chinese history in the Han,Wei,Jin,Southern and Northern Dynasties.The dietary cultural exchange between the Hu and Han nationalities is very frequent.The reasons include the events of Zhang Qian's exploring in the Western Territory,the development of views on foreign nationalities and the different lifestyles between the Hu and Han nationalities.The dietary cultural exchange shows the characteristics of bi-direction,hierarchy and innovation,and has positive effects on that time and later ages.
