Objectives & Reality of Fund-raising Multi-type for Chinese Colleges & Universities

In the process of popularization for Chinese higher education,the government sets the objectives for fund-raising multi-types,which are promoted by system construction.From the point of the total higher education funds as well as the fund-raising channels changes for the three different types of colleges universities(colleges universities that are run by ministry of the central government,local governments or individuals),the fund-raising channel for most of our colleges universities actually refers to a dual-type structure,i.e.financial allocations and tuition fees,and the other fund-raising channels don't form an appropriate proportion.In fact,the objectives of fund-raising multi-type are still not fulfilled and there exists the potential worries in the high loans for colleges universities and the high tuition fee proportion in the whole fund-raising structure.
