Abstract

This paper introduces the principle and design method of motor speed measuring based on FPGA. The function is achieved by FPGA chip EPF10K10LC84 of Altera company. Simulation and analysis prove that the design is reasonable. The design reduces the peripheral interface devices and the cost greatly and improves the agility of system.
