The Discussion of the Development of Vocational Education System in China from the Policy Perspective

Since the reform and opening up,the vocational education in China has made great development,vocational education system has gradually formed under the guidance of policy,but it also faces some challenges,such as non-coordinated development of general education and vocational education,poor communication between the secondary and higher vocational education,failing to highlight the Chinese characteristics.To resolve those problems existing in China's vocational education system,this article analyzes that vocational education should proceed in parallel with general education,and link secondary and higher vocational education closely to improve vocational education system with Chinese characteristics.
