Thinking on Problems and Construction Strategies of Vocational Education System in China

Many problems exist in present vocational education system in China,such as,pay attention to the function of adapting to the outside world,ignore the service function for human’s development and have not established the modern vocational training system;the development of vocational education and general education is inharmonious,remaining as Beheaded EducationandFracture Education;the management functions of vocational education are divided.For chang ing the situation,it is obligatory to strengthen the overall management for secondary and higher vocational education,get stuck in innovating and developing diversified higher vocational education modes,as well as establish the modern vocation al education system developing simultaneously vocational education and training and the service support system that is con ducive to the harmonious development of secondary and higher vocational education.
